I really appreciate the customizability of Humanly, which allows us to create workflows where we can assign specific questions to specific types of roles and have those roles receive tailored questions. I also like the auto calendar booking feature. When candidates meet specific criteria in their answers, they can book directly into our calendar for a prescreening video call on Teams. This makes the process more efficient and streamlined. Additionally, the support from Humanly has been outstanding.
